sleeping has become a puzzle, by that I mean trying to get comfortable without back pain, or pain in my arm from it falling asleep. I have to stack pillows under my back, maybe my leg. I lay on my side with pillows behind me, it’s a sight to see sometimes. I wake up in the morning most days still with pain in my back, and I didn’t even lay on it. Laying directly on my back hurts like hell in my lower back. I don’t know why it just started recently, I can lay on pillow and it helps a little, but not much. I have to get creative when sleeping, because it’s hard to get comfortable. It’s hard to sleep like a normal person. It’s hard to get a goods night sleep when your in pain from trying to lay peacefully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
